They repaired my laptop like new. They were friendly, patient, and thorough. They even took time to answer all my boyfriend's questions (he wanted to repair my laptop himself, but I said no). So they are very nice, very smart, and they do a great job. I recommend them.

After hearing that Tiger Tech is under new ownership, I went to see if it had improved any. I met the new owner who personally helped me and bought a few pieces to upgrade my system. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out what I needed to make my computer faster so I didn't have to replace it after just 2 years of owning it, and told me step by step how to install everything. My sister took her computer in because it was infected with viruses and needed upgrades as well. After just 2 days it ran better than it did when she bought it.
