Jack Rabbit Storage

This is hands down the best storage solution out there. I've been using jack rabbit for about a year and have never had a single issue. Access to my storage unit has always been hassle free and timely. The units are spacious. Definitely beats having to rent a container and store my stuff away never to be seen again. Website is easy to use to find pricing and locations. None of my items have ever come back musty/mildew-y/or in any other damaged form than in which I originally packed them.

Jack Rabbit is simply the best. As people have said its cheap a truck for free to move in. Best rates around and good customer service.

If I could rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, the rating of my experience with them would be a top, 10. The customer service that this company provided sets the standard that other companies should strive to achieve - especially the larger companies. In a word.....outstanding. Everything else was good: rates, security, availability to my unit, etc...I recommend them.

Better service here than I received at another local, larger storage company. They ask for a one amount but when you sign up with them they add fees. At Jack Rabbit, they offer specials and rates "as is" - no hidden fees! I'll use them from now on!

I was using another company that raised my rent $25 after the second month of storing with them. I called Jack Rabbit and asked the monthly rent and how long the price was good for. After I told them of my experience they assured me rent would only change once a year and definitely not by $25. The people who own this place to a great job kudos highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be gouged by increased rents.
