I contacted Lutz Plumbing for a water line replacement. From quote to completion, Austin provided excellent service. He explained in plain words the process and how this issue would be repaired. When it came time for the work to be performed, his team did an amazing job. Both in terms of the finished product, and also keeping me informed as challenges arose during. Despite potential setbacks, Austin worked through it, certainly saving me in unforeseen costs.

I cannot esteem Austin's work ethic and personability enough. Austin and Lutz plumbing have won a customer for life. If you have a job big or small, give them a shot and I'm sure you'll be as satisfied as I am.

Lutz plumbing is a business that I have depended on to keep our lives in an almost century old house happy and healthy!!

They are definitely one of the best of the best in Kansas City Kansas and Missouri.
And it doesn't hurt that their trucks are beautiful either!!

Person was here for 15 minutes tops and charged 29.95 just to drive here, $139.99 to get the garbage disposal working and $62.95 to disconnect a hose from my washing machine. No parts at all. Talk about a rip off. My fault I should have done a better job asking about there fee structure. So beware. Call to be ripped off.

Repair work completed quickly and accurately. Communication, in general and regarding planned work was fair at best. .
