        Friendly Staff

        We have used HRButler as our payroll processor for nine months now with no problems. Once the payroll information is submitted it is only about a half hour and the finished reports are returned by email. We love the email payroll stubs. Each employee can determine what email address to use and it makes distribution a thing of the past.

        Every time I have called HRButler payroll support with a situation the call has been answered by the second ring with an extremely helpful and pleasant person on the other end.

        HRButler has made payroll processing almost a non-issue.

        I have worked with several external HR/payroll companies over the years, but none have been more accessible or helpful than HR Butler. The initial training on both our benefits program and the Evolution Payroll Processing System was very helpful, but the best thing about HR Butler is that your staff has been available for one-on-one coaching, problem solving, and assistance whenever I call or send a question via email. Always pleasant and upbeat, the HR Butler staff is solution-oriented and quick to respond.

        The Evolution Payroll system is logical and easy to navigate. It can generate a variety of reports and Payroll and Tax Registers to Leave Balance Reports. Reports can be customized to meet our specific needs. But again, the best aspect of HR Butler has been their personal, hands-on support for the software.

        With our out of the ordinary scheduling needs, HR Butler has been very professional, patient and pleasant to work with while developing an electronic payroll system for the Liberty Township Fire Department.

        HR Butler has been a wonderful vendor with which to work! Their payroll software has been extremely user friendly, efficient, and has served our business needs well. The payroll support has also been second to none! There is always someone ready to help ensure our payroll gets processed as painlessly as possible!
