I found Fancy Tails after having a terrible experience at another grooming business in Dracut (Four Paws). I purchased a beautiful maltese puppy for my father who was sick with cancer. We loved this little puppy and decided to go to Four Paws for her "first puppy cut". We were charged $50 for the worst puppy cut I've ever seen. My mother brought a picture to Four Paws and specifically requested that they do not "shave her" and when picking her up, they in fact shaved her, which was not necessary since my mother combed her every single day and she didn't have any matting whatsoever. I would NEVER go to FOUR PAWS AGAIN!!!



I then called Joann at Fancy Tails and explained to her what had happened. Joann was so understanding and couldn't have been more accomodating and wonderful. I now have a maltese of my own and I bring both my mother's maltese and my own to Fancy Tails. They go to Joann every 4 weeks and she makes them look like "show dogs".



Joann is so passionate about her love and care for your pet that I can't imagine going anywhere else but Fancy Tails. Her staff are so nice as well.



Fancy Tails has NEVER shaved either of our maltese dogs, in fact these are professional "hand scissored" cuts that look amazing. I absolutely love the way Joann and her staff groom our Maltese dogs. I love FANCY TAILS!!!!!!

I've known Joann for a few years now since she comes into my workplace to make a show about her dog grooming. After seeing her wonderful work, I sent my dog to her after I just got him last week. He looks incredible! :)

I would definitely recommend Fancy Tails to anyone for dog grooming. Called this morning and they squeezed me in. The dog looks great and they took the time to explain how we should be maintaining her between groomings even though they were very busy. Great price and very friendly service. I have been bringing my maltese here for a long time and I am very satisfy with the grooming. The groomig products that they use must be of good quality because he always smells good, his coat is always white, soft and looks fantastic. One of the things I love is her prices, they are reasonable. With the economy today is good to know that there is a grooming shop out there that doesn't charge an outragious price, that you are able to afford and get your pooch pampered. I recommend Fancy Tails to all you pooch lovers out there.

Joanne and her staff are the best! We have been clients for several years and they do a beautiful job each and every time we bring our dogs in. I have recommended Joanne to our clients on many occasions and everyone has been extremely happy! I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else!

I went to fancytails grooming and they where fantastic i felt very comfortable going there, everything is open, no BACK ROOM so you dont have to worry whats going on in the back with your pet, she has won multiple trophies for her schnauzer and shih tzu lasa mix, i have been coming here for 12 yrs and now i am bringing my new puppy i will never go any where else, she takes the time to explain how to maintaine your dog between groomings, her shop is clean dogs smell good and she does free nailnclipping for regukar customers in between groomings. I would highly recomend her
