Overall

They were supposed to clean kitchen/dining room and 2 bathrooms (one is a half bath). They did not clean the outside of the oven. They did not do the dining room area or the half bath and then said they needed more time for the kitchen. As you can see from the pictures, they did not use their time wisely because some areas were not touched.
