Ultimate Pet Spa

I have taken my dog here for several years. They are the best. Cathy and her staff are very professional, kind and good to the animals. My pup not only gets groomed, but has fun playing with the other dogs. We love it here.

Cathy, the owner is very defensive and argumetative as you can see below. Cathy will not let one groomer groom your dog because as she says, they get trained and take her customers. The high prices do not match the quality. She forgets you are customer. Apparently she does not need the business.

There are a lot of people that are misinformed about me not kenneling dogs here at Ultimate Pet Spa. No dog is hurt. We keep a very close eye on them as they play. If we have a dog that gets too carried away, we do lock it up. The dogs are less stressed for the grooming and being dropped off hanging around instead of being in a kennel. Most dogs when dropped off are excited about coming in that have been here before. The first time dogs don't know what to expect so they are nervous, but most all of them warm up within the first 5 minutes of being here. It is usually the parent that is nervous, not the dog. I would not have this concept if I felt I was putting any dog in danger of being hurt or tramatized. I love all my customers and really appreciate them but if you are not comfortable with my setup than this is not the place for you. I do have a sitting area where you can sit and watch at anytime. Just note, most dogs will still shake and want you as long as they can see you. I do want to thank my 2500 plus customers for making my business a big success in 2 years.

I took my old dog and he looked great - the best grooming job he has ever had. I like the fact the dogs are not caged up. The owner is super knowledgeable and nice. I WILL BE GOING BACK!!!
