The most professional real estate agency in the area hands down! They work with buyers, sellers and property management. I rent through them and they have an inspector that actually inspects before move-in, every 6 months, and move-out. Any time I have had a maintenance request Rob, the maintenance guy took care of it on a timely manner. No one is perfect and a good rental company around here is hard to find. If the Property Shop Rentals were in the wrong they fixed it, but I have seen reviews where some tenants rant and they were in the wrong. They are very thorough and have forms for everything so there is a record on file. READ REVIEWS CAREFULLY!! There is always two sides to EVERY story.



I have had friends who bought from Walker and had great experience with the agents. I would highly recommend Walker Real Estate to all my friends moving to the Ft. Leonard Wood area.

They are very unprofessional, READ THE FINE PRINT! The agent I rented from told me one thing about the property and after I signed the contract, changed his story. They don't take care of the property. They will have you keep

Your lights on at your property three days after you move out and will find any and every excuse to charge you for anything! Don't believe me?! Read the fine print. Do not rent from them!

You need to make sure you read all the fine print when leasing from Walker. First we moved here from Texas to a house with no water or electricity. So we rented a hotel room for the 3 days it took us to get them hooked up. It seemed shady to me but I thought that's just how they do business. Well then when k moved out I was required to keep the utility's on for 3 days after I moved out or faced a fine. So apparently they do not do this courtesy for everyone. Just the tenets they pick and choose. They when we moved out I was required to relock the house using their locksmith. It was in the fine print in my lease agreement which was surprising to be because out of the 3 houses I have rented during my career this was the first time I was required to relock a house. Normally the owner who was making $1000 plus a month off of me paid for it. So don't expect too much out of them. I paid to use a cleaning service that Walker said they would approve move out if we used them. what this really means is they they charged me $400+ for new carpet if they are too lazy to clean it correctly. Then when asked to see the old or new carpet they told me they replaced I had to just fake them at their word because neither of those happened. When we had out move out inspection my wife met the employee who was already in our house and informed her we had to replace some light bulbs that would cost $15 each if they did it for us. So my wife just screwed them back in and they worked just fine. Its really odd that they worked the day prior and at the inspection they unscrewed themselves. Finally we had a command strip baby lock on a door. One of the employees pulled this off of the door and that cost me $65 at move out for that service. They said they had to repaint the quarter size spot where the command strip was so that why it cost so much. If you rent through them you are rolling the dice. Don't expect your full deposits back because they will Nicole and dime you out of it.

Do not go with this company!! You see all they get is horrible ratings. Once you sign lease you are on your own. They charged us for repairs that the owner of the home should have paid for. Wouldn't even talk to us about dispute. Thankfully our lease finally ran out now they won't even talk to us about our deposit they always say "the lady that handles that isn't here" and it's been almost a month. The inspection happened the day we moved out so what is the hold up??? Looking for more ways to steal our money? If you go with them don't say you weren't warned.

This company is absolutely horrible. They are unable to do their job in a timely manner. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare. My stress level has sky rocket due to their inability to do their job and their lack of professionalism. They don't return calls, they do what they want without the tenant’s acknowledgement and permission. They don't take care of the properties nor do they inspect the properties to make sure that is inhabitable for tenants. They really need to get their licenses revoked and they should be placed on the military black list because they sure don't care about military other than to screw them out of their hard earned money.

This company only cares about money and its only concern is to get you to sign a contract. I have been renting with them for a few months now and it has been an absolute horrible experience. They screen their phone calls and won’t answer your calls. So if you really want to get a hold of them you’ll have to use a phone number that they don’t recognize in order for them to answer or just go in person. I usually go in person, that is the only way to get anything done and still than they are full of excuses. If you plan to use Walker for property management I have three words for you; DON’T DO IT!!! They can careless about your property and are only concerned about the monthly percentage they collect from the rent. Walker real estate boasts so much on how they support the military and we are the ones they screw over daily. They are crooks and should be added to the off limit establishments for the military.

Worst rental agency I have experienced in 19 years in the military. On the day our stuff was delivered our house was still not cleaned (huge stains on the carpet), even though Walker Reality knew we were moving in that day over a month in advance (and they promised those stains would be gone). We have had nothing but issues with the “team” since we have moved in. We wrote Ms. Walker about all the problems we were having with her staff over three weeks ago and have still not heard anything back from her. No one ever returns our calls and the maintenance people are flat out rude. I would tell a friend to find another company to deal with.
