I had an amazing experience with Valet Movers. They moved my entire house from Rancho Santa Fe to La Jolla very fast. Was everything organized, clean and I had so many stuff but this guys did an incredible job. All the staff taking care of our stuff and gave all the attention and support that we needed. Moving to a different place is always a nightmare, but they have done this job with such professionalism that I did not even felt that I was moving my entire house that I lived for 14 years!

Tanks you Valet Movers To whom it may concern, I would like to tell you about my pleasant experience with Valet movers. My famd ily anI have moved all around the country times and times over (specifically 3 times since I've gotten married). Moving has always been a stressful situations, and definitely not something we look forwards to. However, in my recent move from San Diego to NYC, I used Valt Movers, and I've never been more satisfied with a decision I've made. From their reasonable prices, to amazing customer service, and a safe move, everything was done to perfection. Sindi was there for me every step of the way, allowing me to better understand the "moving terminology," which has never been explained to me before, and Joe and his team were extremely caring, both upon pick up and delivery. I'd also like to thank Spencer for communication and customer service. Thank you Valet Movers.

I never leave reviews but after our experience with Valet Movers I felt I needed to share our story so others don't make the same enormous mistake of using this moving company. My husband, 1 year old and I moved from Orange County to Washington in September and used Valet movers as our moving company.



At first I was confident in their services as Spencer was polite and prompt to return all phone calls. The quote was much less than other companies in the area and this should have been our first red flag.



When they arrived on moving day it took over 6 hours to pack everything but they did a great job according to my husband who is an engineer and a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to this kind of stuff.



The main reason we chose Valet movers was the promise that they could deliver our things within 10 days no problem- it is hard going without stuff with a 12 month old!!! Our things didn't arrive until 3 weeks after our move in date- there is fine print in the contract saying they have 3 weeks to get it to us. During this time I tried calling Valet Movers, asked to talk to a supervisor about this and never received a call back to my many calls. We were honestly worried about even getting our things,



THE WORST PART was the condition our stuff arrived in. A pottery barn hutch that was a wedding gift was broken and scratched, a cedar chest was split in half and legs were broken off, dishes were broken, pantry items smashed. We are still missing my husbands very expensive tool chest and a couple boxes- including a box with our Christmas china and decorations. We had our boxes professionally packed to ensure this wouldn't happen. But the worst part of all was that we were told they would take care of things like this but they don't- they refer you to a third party complaint remediation company that requires a ton of documentation and still only gives you $0.60 per pound of the damaged item!!! So for our damaged hutch we would get less than $25- not worth the headache.



I should also mention that all of our things came coated in layers of dust that permeated all boxes and wood dressers. This caused our entire family to have terrible allergy for weeks and every item of clothing had to be washed and all the upholstery cleaned. This made our new house very dirty and was a huge pain- as if moving isn't hard enough!



I hope someone will benefit from my review and avoid this company and their lip service at all costs!

I had the great experience in booking a move through Valet Movers. The origin of the items to be moved was in Miami FL. The destination was in Los Angeles CA. They are a well organized company with an emphasis on Customer Service. I was contacted at every point of the move. They picked-up our furniture on the day they said and delivered on the day they promised. The men delivering our furniture were clean, courteous and helpful. Everything arrived undamaged. I actually had help from all the company from the person who answered the phone for the first time until the guys who did my move! a lot of collaboration and patience. Abraham, Rene and Adam was the crew who helped me, they are professional and really care about the job.

Nothing but a great experience with this company. Prices were fair, the movers arrived on time and finished fast. My stuff arrived fairly quickly despite a delay because of weather. Would recommend this company.

I actually had a really good experience with this moving company. They moved my stuff from my old apartment to my new one in Brooklyn New York in about 13 days. They were on time, professional and quick. Everything arrived just as it left, with the exception of my china cabinet. I did notice that there were some scratches on it, but I'm not angry about it . If moving across the country and only having one damaged item then so be it. They helped me through the claims process, and I was reimbursed enough money to strip and lacquer it.

Valet move my things from San Diego to Virginia onto a boat so I could move things to Espana. The price was more then first but thats o.k. because they do very good job. Joe is really cool guy. Carolina in the office is nice and speak spanish, go to her. My things arrive like 8 days after I order move. Everything looked good. I appreciate there service

My boyfriend received a job offer and we had to move our two bedroom home from Pacific Beach, CA to Bend, OR. My girlfriend recommended this company to me (she moved with them in 2011). I had gotten so many quotes after putting my info on billy.com; I was overwhelmed. Rhia from Valet Movers was the last to call. Their price was a bit higher then other companies, but I had been warned by other to not go for too low of prices. I have never moved before, but Rhia helped me out with the details. I'm not sure of the name of the gentleman that came to do the onsite, but he did a great job. On the day of the move, I was charged 129.00 dollars more for extra weight (husband had to take the entire garage), and 55.00 for packing materials. They usually charge 100.00 to pack the t.v. but they gave us a deal because of the size of our home. Delivery took in all 13 days from when they packed our home up. All in all, I only have good things to say about the service this company provided my family with
