        Left a message with Jason this morning, and he called back in about 10 minutes. He was unable to come out to replace a water heater check valve, but walked me through the steps to get hot water flowing again. The wife is happy now, and no more cold showers for me.

        Moving around in the oil and gas industry we've used numerous different mobile technicians to perform repairs on our 5th wheel, with less than desirable results.
