After my wife discovered bedbugs in our daughter's mattress, she researched the problem on the internet and discovered that the only way to really get rid of the problem is through thermal treatment. Kumar at Himalaya was not only the only one who called back, but he did so immediately and then he also drove all the way from ATLANTA to our house in BIRMINGHAM the very next day to do an inspection. He himself wanted to confirm that we had bedbugs so that we made sure that we got the right treatment. He was very knowledgable and wanted to walk us through the process so that we felt like we understood what was going on.



Kumar and his wife came the next Saturday and worked at our house from morning until after sunset, going from room to room in our house heating up every room to 135 degrees - which is the only way to get rid of the bugs for good. They literally turned everything in the house upside down. They were very thorough, hardworking, friendly, and easy to work with. It has now been several weeks and we have not had a recurrence of bedbugs. This kind of treatment is always going to be expensive but we feel like Kumar gave us a very reasonable price, especially considering the A+ level of service.
