At first I honestly couldn't believe what I was being told and almost closed my door on the guy, but after he re explained they need the sign out front for advertising because that's how they generate business I was intrigued.I have been shopping around for systems for the last 3 months and I was getting quoted ridiculous prices and the other companies were trying to charge for the upgraded wireless touchscreen home automation équipement that was upgraded for free with NSA. The best part was the monitoring was ALSO more affordable than the others and to a single father on a real tight budget who just bought his first home, that cinched the deal! My door rep was very knowledgeable and courteous and Igot the feeling hew actually cared and wasn't just our for a buck, and the installation was done on time and very professionally the very next day! I give this company 5 stars because in my opinion, they earned it!

What a concept...a company that does what it says it will. Yes the still existed. I know crazy concept. I think not. This comes from the top and filters into each and every employee I have worked here. I am very please with my experience. They listen and care that you get what is needed not what they can sell you. Professional, cost effective and knowledge is what I experienced. Thank you for a first class job!

This service was fantastic.... I live in Las Vegas and called Monitronics corporate off there website and was transferred directly to National Security. They installed a new alarm the same day, and beat out all the price quotes of other companies I had called- (most were ADT companies....) The sales guy was very nice and professional and didn't try and "up sell" me a bunch of crap I didn't need- I just needed an alarm system. Bottom line- It was fast professional service at a monthly rate that beat out the other companies, and had the benefits of having Monitronics- instead of ADT
