        Don't know what I would have done without them

        I helped my best friend's mother with arranging for his funeral and cremation.

        Erin Phelps was so patient with us, answering the millions of questions we had and guiding us through the entire process. He is a saint in my book. After having called around to other places and visiting a few (One was in a strip mall and quoted me a low price then started adding all the "Extras", i think that called bait & switch), I am glad that my friend was at omega. Their prices were exactly what Mr. Phelps said they would be and were so much less then the funeral home at the cemetery (They had some sign about "Dignity", I guess they figure treating people with dignity come at a premium).

        I will recommend omega to everyone.
