They broke rear break drum checking breaks, wanted 650 for rear breaks 450 for front there overhead is to hi and there a totally rip off shop stay away

It's good to know that customer service still exists! I have been to All American Automotive twice and both times have been very impressed. On my last visit three employes stopped what they were working on to assist me with my truck. I don't know another place in Wichita that would have the integrity to not help and not charge for the issue I was experiencing. They don't know it, but they have earned all my future business. I have been going to All American Automotive for 27 years, I have only been treated with respect and honesty. When people say, your mechanic is your best friend, I am not exaggerating when I say I feel that way about All American Automotive.



I purchased tires 20 plus times, they are always balanced and for a couple of dollars more I use nitrogen. I've had alignments and all the rest removed and replaced without a complaint, but with customer satisfaction: water pumps, belts, brakes, timing belt, tune ups, oil changes, shocks, struts, you name it. I must be the lucky one, because i have never had to bring anything back or go bad on me after I left the shop due to poor workmanship. All I have had is great quality service at a fair and reasonable price. I will always continue returning to All American Automotive, even if something would go wrong, it would not compare to all the times I have been treated so kindly and have my vehicle repaired properly.
