Apollo Pro Cleaning

My first 2 services were cancelled, which I took off work to be home. They showed up in goofy looking bow ties and dress clothes and i wondered who going to be working. Well, wasn't them, that's for sure. No Presley was used, no furniture moved and house smelled like dog piss when they left. The carpet was so wet still that in 2 days it was dirtier than before. No refund was offered and now I'm out $200 for nothing. Run away from them!!

The crew at Apollo are exceptional! I called on a Wednesday to schedule a three area cleaning. They were available to come the following Monday. They gave me a call Monday morning to let me know they were on their way and showed up right at the scheduled time...wearing ties! (We've had other carpet cleaners show up hours late or not show at all). Apollo went above and beyond...cleaning our stairs and a wool rug without charge. They even used a fan to dry the carpets quicker. (Other companies we've had simply leave them damp and warn you not to step on them until the next day.) Our carpets looked brand new when they left. Very friendly folks. Great prices. Even better service. Professional and courteous.
