MD Now Urgent Care - Fort Pierce

AVOID CARENOW until they get their wrongful billing problems resolved! I just spent over 3 hrs back and forth on the phone trying to get a simple billing error resolved. Physician's Urgent Care has been bought out by CareNow who has just been bought by HCA. What a mess! I have been receiving bills for hundreds of dollars for an Outpatient visit back in April, which was supposed to be covered by my Blue Cross co-pay. I am being told that the bills are in error and I am in good standing, all due to a clerical error between BCBS and CareNow that has accidentally marked all "In Network" Urgent Care offices as Out of Network and resulted in "Billing Errors" and improper bills being sent out to customers. I have been given wrong phone numbers, hung up on and sent back through the phone loops for months now, fed up and ready to start a class-action lawsuit. I am sure that I am not the only one this is happening to. CareNow, you have my phone number.
