        Mission Statement To provide your child a creative, interactive learning center while nurturing the whole child with direction from qualified teachers. Our interactive learning center is hands on: visual, auditory and kinesthetic. Your child will have the ability to create, grow and build friendships with other children while special attention is paid to their cognitive development. Cobblestone Children's Center is open from 7 AM to 6 PM. We offer both full and half days. Drop-ins are allowed if space is available. Our program is developmentally based, so children will learn at their own pace without pressure or stress. We are licensed for 45 children, age 3-6, who are toilet trained. Security measures have been installed to ensure the health and safety of all children. Closed circuit TV monitors provide surveillance of bathrooms, class areas and outside areas. Our floor plan is an open, center-divided facility with a library, reading loft, computer lab, Puppet Theater, creative movement studio, climbing walls, science and math lab, art studio, interactive cooking center and music center. The exterior areas include a mini- basketball court, bike path, sand play area, water play area, greenhouse, climbing rocks and natural play areas. We have a covered porch area with tables for manipulative play or reading, an outdoor art area and a tricycle garage with bikes, scooters and helmets.

        Overall

        I LOVE Cobblestone!!! BEST pre-school ever! I literally called every pre-school in Bend, toured all those that met my initial criteria, and Cobblestone is by far the most amazing one in Bend! My son LOVES it!!! While the tuition might SEEM higher than most, they provide ALL of the food, and most is ORGANIC! Offsets the $ completely!!! Great centers, including "bouncy room" which includes tumbling mats, rock climbing wall and MORE! AND, most importantly, the staff is awesome, and very adept at dealing with my sons severe food allergies, including keeping a journal of everything he eats there to help with identifying allergic reactions. I wish they had kindergarten too! It will be sad to not have my son go to Cobblestone when he starts K in the fall.
