Animal Medical Center

I needed a copy of my dog's ear medicine prescription faxed and 3 days went by and they wouldnt fax it so I called and they said I would have to bring him back in that they wanted to look at his ears again and I said it looks like yall are tryingg to just make money all I need is his prescription and they said no so I told them if thats how unprofessional they are that I will have to go somewhere else and they hung up on me. So I went up there and the person answering the phone was very rude, I asked to see the vet and he went to get her but she wouldnt come and talk to me so I asked for a copy of my dogs records, they did print me a shot record but refused to give me a copy of his prescriptions, I have never seen such a rundown place to take your pet and the customer service was no better than the environment, I would definitely not take your pet here dont waste your time or money

The staff, and the Dr. at Animal medical center are wonderful!! I take all my animails there any time they need anything. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a friendly vet. She really cares about the animals, and not the money. She once told me not to do a proceedure on my dog, it was too risky, and wouldn't change anything. She lost money in that, but was concerned with my dog. GREAT PLACE TO GO!!!!

Dr. Barker has been wonderful with my pets. I had one very sick and she was wonderful all the way up to the end. The staff there is also fantastic!
