        Overall

        What impresses me the most is the discipline, respect and level of dedication. This is what it is all about. My daughter is a first degree black belt at 10. I am on my way in the next year and it is life changing. A way of life, not just a sport. Made amazing friends, people with like minds and goals. Would never give it up.
