I worked with RD. He helped me through the whole process. I was able to stay within my budget and turn my kitchen into what I've always wanted.

Do not use this company!!! They have terrible customer service and never show up or even call. First of all they misquoted us even though they come out to measure and then on the day of install we waited ALL day for them to show even after being told that we were the first one of the day with no phone call and then felt like they hurried because it was after dark when they showed and didn't get out of their until 10:45 pm! After inspecting the granite we saw that they gouged a corner and tried to cover it up with their glue and then on my island slab they sealed over their white template markings!!! We took off work to have them come back out and no one showed or called yet got email from them wanting the remaining balance. There are many other places out there to get granite installed and they all get it from the same wholesale warehouses. I wish I would've read these reviews before choosing them. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for!

Do not use them! They have the worst customer service. The only goo thing about them is that they are a little cheaper. But you get what you pay for. They stood us out at least 3 times. On the day of instalation they broke one of the pieces. We called them to reschedule multiple times to install the broken piece and they never showed up. No one called us to reschedule or cancel.

I m definitely not going to use them again and would not recommend them to anybody!!

DO NOT EVER call them ! They will set an appt and will never show up nor will they call you when you try to find out why they never showed up. They won't call to cancel or reschedule. You will never hear from them again. They are unprofessional, immature and should be out of business by now considering they will never have repeat customers. duh

We had 3cm granite fabricated and installed by Silex in our kitchen. They did an excellent job on the installation! The installers were on time and the staff was friendly. There was a minor amount of dust left ever after they cleaned, but we expected this as it was a major project. Definately would recommend Silex and we would use them again.

They don't stand behind there work. Problem was, sales person wrote down the wrong granite name. we did not know the difference.Did a great job of installing. A couple of days later we took a look at our oringal sample,and noticed it was not right. They said sorry,you signed off on it,and its yours. Plus, they use sub contractors,when you sign off,then the company does not have to stand behind the product.
