Summit Fence

Summit Fence exceeded my expectations for installing my fence in every way. I called two other fence companies that were closer in location to my home; however, neither returned my phone call. I called Summit Fence on a Sunday with the expectation that I would receive a recording that would tell me the normal hours of operation so I could make sure I called at the right time the next day. To my surprise, Lee Tuck answered himself and took the time to get some initial information. Despite the fact that my home is considerably far from his normal service area, he was more than willing to come out to give my husband and me a consultation.

Lee provided the quote and contract via e-mail the next day and answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. When my HOA asked me to provide additional information, Lee gave me the additional information in less than 24 hours. I had a few additional comments I wanted to add to the contract and he made all of the changes I asked without any hassle. Krista, the office manager, was also extremely helpful and responsive and they scheduled my installation much sooner than I thought was possible.

The crew was on time, worked diligently, and performed excellent work having my fence up in one day just in time for Christmas! Lee even called me the following morning to make sure I was satisfied. I don't find myself to be a customer who is hard to please, but I do know exactly what I want, ask questions if there's something I don't understand, and am very particular. Many other companies I've done business with seem to be annoyed by this, but Lee and his team were the exact opposite. My experience with Summit Fence let me know that stellar customer service, knowledgeable professionals, and quality work still exist! I highly recommend this company and look forward to hiring them again to stain my new fence when the time is right.

We had a fence installed around a pool in our back yard, this was no easy job, as there were obstacles to work around to meet building codes. Lee did a fantastic job that not only looks great, but satisfies code requirements. I have had fence work done by other companies in the past on other properties, but none were as professional, reasonable, and competent as Summit Fence! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

We found Summit Fence company on YP's .com. They were awesome. We had some challenges with putting up a fence and we have a "Houdini" escape artist dog and they had a plan for us! We love our fence and would highly recommend these guys!
