I took my 15lb Terrier there and was totally unhappy. They were going to charge me $45 for a bath and haircut. When I got there I felt like they were rushing. My appointment was at 4 pm and as soon as I got there the groomer came from the back and grabbed my dog from me. She asked me how I want her hair cut and I told her that I like her body short but not to short and a teddy bear face. While I filled out some paperwork in the front the groomer had already taken my dog in the back and came back about 2 minutes later with my dog telling me she saw a flea and now needed to charge me $5 extra. My dog takes comfortis monthly so I should not have bn chargd a "flea charge" Also my dogs back was almost completly naked thats how short she had shaved it. Way to short and not at all what I had asked for. I didnt say anything since it was now to late anyways. When I picked her up the groomer asked ME to hold my dog so she could cut her nails. So now I payed $50 and she couldnt even manage to cut her nails........

My dog always had dry skin but when she left there it was so dry that she bit herself until she was bleeding. Also ever since I picked her up from there she has been scooting around on her but alot which she usually never does. I realy dont know what in the world they were doing with my poor dog. They must have blow dryed her to much or to hot in order for her skin to get that bad. Needles to say this place sucks and is over priced with a no good groomer and I am defenitly never ever taking my dog back there. Save some money and go to petco................but stay away from that place
