My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

It's like taking your car to get fixed at the auto shop and getting ripped off. Similar to those investigative reporter shows you've seen before where something isn't right and no one is saying anything. These guys are all about making money, and getting you in and out through an imaginary revolving door.



One appointment took 5 hours, as I sat there and waited numb and waiting for the procedure, it was like a multi tasking dentist, the dentist would go into one room to take care of another patient, come and do a little on me, then go into another room and take care of someone else. I had to stand up because I got tired of sitting down and I paced the hallways numb and miserable.



towards the end, one of the assistants fitting me for a bridge made me scream in pain as he used my jaw as leverage to pull the moulding off and if I hadn't resisted, my jaw would have been broken...that story has never been told other than to my wife and a couple of close friends............now it's out, it's the truth and I hope you all think twice before coming to this place.... Dentist should be in the business of taking care of people's teeth and not digging into people's wallet. If the entire healthcare system including dental is messed up then there's very little hope.



The accountability here is not on the dentists working there, there are a few nice ones, it's the owner or group that runs this business. Don't we have standards in ethics and business conduct that regulates these types of failures?



A disappointed customer, still looking for a good dentist. I don't smile a lot because dental work was not done properly by these guys.



(one other incident, as my temporary bridge was being removed, the assistant chuckled as there was something stuck on the bridge, a food particle, something I could not get to as it was wedged in.....how would you feel?)

To make a long story short, this is the worst dentist my family and I have ever been to. All of us have had problems from procedures done wrong, wrongful diagnoses, to being overcharged. If you choose to still go here, I feel sorry for you.
