In-House Plumbing Company

In house plumbing: I want to start with a big thank you. The men that came and worked on fixing my problem did an awesome job. I'm able to use my washer with out a river all over the place. Customers if your ready this call them if your having an plumbing issues. Job well done. Again thank you

OUTSTANDING Company. This is the second time I needed IN-HOUSE plumbing for a sewer replacement project. They did an outstanding job the first time and an even more impressive job this time . They had to deal with the weather which rain for three of the six days they work on the replacement of my sewer piping and the city sewer system which keep backing up into the project. I would highly recommend the company for any sewer replacement job. The project manager ,Nick, kept me informed during the entire time. The have the best yet most unique replacement method I have ever seen and I don't understand why all plumbing companies are not doing it the IN-HOUSE way.

Used them the times. Quality hard-working guys that gt the job done. Wouldn't variegate hesitate to call them again

I live just outside of Houston and sent an email asking if they could recommend anyone in the Houston/Galveston area to do some work for me on my sewer line.
While they couldn't recommend anyone without knowing their quality of work, they could and would answer any questions I might have. They (Chris) were very prompt in responding to me via email each time I reached out to them. If I lived in the Garland, Texas area, I would recommend In House Plumbing just for that fact alone.

I always have a good experience with In-House and recommend them to everyone I know. They are always professional and most work has a set price, no guessing, no hidden fees, very trustworthy and up front.

These guys 100% stand by their word which isn’t common these days. They do great work and are very concerned with pleasing the customer. Trevor was awesome and kept me informed every step of the process. This is the 2nd time I’ve used in-house plumbing and will absolutely use them again if I am unfortunate enough to have another water leak.

I had a leaky pipe, and I called them for a second opinion. I decided to stay with them, not only for the price, but for their excellent customer service as well. I recommend them for any plumbing issue.

Rick the plumber was great. He explained everything and was extremely careful going in and out of the flowerbed into the house ensuring that he did not soil aything

In-House arrived on time and handled several items quickly and efficiently. They were very nice and made sure there was no mess during and after completion.

Rick came in time , diagnosed the problem, contacted the company and explained what needs to be done.
Kudos to Rick. He is an asset to the company.
Next day the crew came and under the guidance of Jack did a thorough job of fixing the problem. It seems
company has very good and competent employees
Every one was very nice. IN House Plumbing has so far always provided good service.

Rick was here on time and had called ahead to say he was on the way. That is great. He was very careful, very courteous, and very professional. He did a great job and finished all three faucets in about 3 hours which included time to get some needed repair parts. That was great! I was very impressed with the work he did and his ability to do the work. He is an excellent representative for your company!!!

These guys are awesome. They gave me a quote that was a 3rd less than the competition, they were on time and finished the same day plus did some extra things that they could of charged me for but didn't. Long story short, these are good people....call them first

I had a whole house sewer reroute done on my old house. The crew was so considerate; they insured there was no dirt tracked in my house even though they had to jackhammer thru the middle of the house and remove tons of dirt from under the slab. They are very hard working and amazingly cheerful.

I called to have some work done on my parents' home and was given a two-hour window, and I was told they would call ahead. At the end of the two hour window ... no plumber and no phone call? I had to go pick my daughter up from school, so I called the office to find out what was going on. She called the plumber. Turns out, he was going to be 90 minutes late. I understand things happen and jobs run long, but how hard would it have been for that plumber to have called his office once he realized his job was going long? I wonder how long I would have sat there waiting if I had never made the call. As a result, I made a 45 minute trek to my parents' home (they died recently in a car accident, and we are trying to prep their home to sell), with my 16-month old son in tow. Now, because I can't stay here too much later, I'm told they can't reschedule until next week.
Disappointed, to say the least.
