Exotic Automobile Repair

Either something's changed or I've been duped for the couple/few years I've been going here. Paul gives a very good & professional impression and I trusted him, and his crew, completely, despite 'red flags' of something new being wrong with my car within 24-48hrs after having it serviced here on the last few visits. Just had a muffler replaced here, was charged $1800.00 (on average of $1100.00 over what should have been charged according to several people 'in the know') only to have the entire muffler system fall off the following day, in the middle of downtown Northampton, tearing off and damaging back bumper. Took car back to have their inadequate repair fixed (they did not fix damaged bumper of which their inadequacies caused) and when we picked up the car several days later the engine light came on en route home (more red flags!) Furthermore, there were new large scratches on the car, of which they clearly realized they'd done as there was obvious indication that they'd tried, unsuccessfully, to wipe the scratches away. I am so disappointed that I was wrong in trusting Paul / Exotic Auto. I would absolutely not recommend Exotic Auto.

Exotic Auto Repair was recommended to us as we faced the challenge of replacing brake lines in our vintage 1996 vehicle. Paul “did it all” from tracking down parts that required a lot of skill and luck to find to saving us a lot of money by recommending parts not to replace. Highly recommended!

We brought our 2000 Honda Accord to Exotic Car and I thought the car was done for, Paul and his team are honest, reliable, prompt, and incredibly good at what they do. We would definitely recommend this place as by far the best location in the area.

I got my 2015 BMW M4 Coupe detailed here, at first I was skeptical because I could done it myself but I talked Paul personally on the phone and they were friendly and very professional. They have changed my mind to come in and watch their magic be performed. I gotta tell you, their service is #1 but their customer service is 6 stars... They have a nice location, my car was filthy inside and out. They cleaned my car to showroom finish, vacuumed it from inside and made it look new again, my wheels and tires look amazing. I was amazed, a big smile was on my face, the work was performed was above exceptional and very friendly staff. Go there and drive away feeling great.

The price is very competitive but the work is very appealing and done A+. You can't find another place better than at Exotic Auto Repair. My car was feeling refreshed like when I first bought it from the dealership.

I happened to leave my car here so that my step-son could use it while his was being repaired. The mechanics noticed something wrong when they moved my car. My car 2001 toyota now drives like a new car. The derive, auto and customer. was amazing. I love Exotic Auto Repair. I can trust them. What a relief.
