The lady who always answers the phone is short, unprofessional and just sounds like she completely hates her job. I actually gave up trying to get anyone on the phone to assist me with a loan because of how hard it was to get in contact with the person who actually made any decisions. I finally decided to stop by in person and I was thankful that I did! The lady who helped me with the loan was fantastic and very professional! She represented the company well and when I left, I had no other questions. She was kind, understanding and personable. The girl who answers the phone was just as unpleasant in person. She could learn a great deal from the lady who helps with the loans.
