Catering 2 Pets

I have added two images. One that is my Aussie's bottom after leaving Catering2pets and one that I showed them upon arriving of how I wanted her bottom to look. I told the owner that I wanted around her BUTTHOLE to be shaved. Came back three and a half hours later and my Aussie's whole bottom is shaved and looks nothing like I told the owner or showed! (Yes, they were provided with a picture). The owner informed me that I would be sued if I left a negative review. The individual that cut both of my dogs went into the back and proceed to act like me and my "behavior". If you want your dogs to come out looking worse than when they went in take them here. If you want any form of good costumer service and your dogs to come out the way you ask and show them a picture then take them anywhere but here. I would take them to PetSmart before taking them here EVER again!

Also, I was required to pay before seeing the botch job on my Aussie. Seems to me like they knew they screwed up and wanted to make sure they were paid.

Great if you want to cater to them! Took a 22 pound dog for a self bath at 2:45 and was told they were closing at 4 so we could not use the wash. No where was it posted you had to do self baths several hours before closing. The other place in town that we use and love, requests that you come an hour before closing. We honestly thought they closed at 5 but even so, we should have been fine with an hour and 15 minutes. Tried to support a falcon business and found it is worth the extra drive to be appreciated as a customer.

wow i'm suprised. sound like someone need a nap. catering is the best shop around. hands down. been to others and am happy here. sound like the other person had a issue with hours or did not understand maybe. or maybe wanted to be diffocult. w/e! reviews are only helpful if they don't sound dumb. maybe don't want your money because of bad attatude. make a power nap and try later. maybe. or go to pet mart. maybe.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a grooming shop when I found these reviews. I have six dogs that really needed nail trims. The lady that answered the phone said I didn't need an appointment but explained that the groomers are there until the last groom is done for the day so they're not there every hour the shop is open. The hours are 9-5 on weekdays and 10-4 on Saturday but she said I might want to get there earlier in the day to catch the groomers. Weekdays don't work for me so I went in today around noon. Those groomers had all of my dogs in and out in less than half an hour and they're super friendly! This will be my new home for grooming and nutritional needs. Thanks Catering2Pets! You're all fantastic!
