Army Navy Store

Never have I ever gotten such awful customer service. My family and I were followed around the store and were harassed with questions the owner wouldn't even give us the opportunity to answer. Don't interrupt me or my family and be shocked when you get called out on your rude and disrespectful attitude/behavior. No purchase was made here and I will never return.

They have a great selection but horrible customer service. Like others have stated, we were followed around the store like we were stealing. While helping us the owner was very rude. To the point that if my 3 year old daughter want present, I would've let him know what I thought. I will never do business in this establishment again.

Well, I must say the ethics at this store are shocking. I purchased a pair of shoes tonight. I was excited to wear them so I put them on as soon as I left the store. We were two blocks down the street when my wife noticed the two shoes were in fact two different colors.



I obviously took them back immediately. I figured the two different shoes came from two different boxes. When I returned to the store (less than 5 minutes after the transaction) and explained what happened I was told, 'All transactions are final.'



When mentioning my shoes were two different colors the owner said, 'One was on display and faded. Wear them a few times and no one will be able to notice.'



When I asked if he knew they were different colors he simply said, 'That's why the were a low price,' and walked away.



So I am stuck with a pair of shoes that don't match and he has my money by knowingly ripping me off. Unbelievable and unethical. Never shop at this store.

Customer service is customer service...the people in there get paid to do their job and it would be unfair to their employer NOT to at least pursue a sale with light inquiries. If you feel that you were being "stared" at and constantly harassed, you obviously have an opinion far too high of yourself (at Christmastime, this store was pretty busy--I doubt that any employee was actively "staring" at you) and have NO understanding as to how the retail game works.

During the past month I have visited the store several times to buy Christmas gifts. Each time I visited I was followed, constantly agrivated and watched from across the room. It was very intimidating. Also, there prices are very high. They do have a good selection but its not worth the constant harassment. I have also heard the same complaints from many friends. I will never suggest this store to anyone.
