Very poor service after the sale. I paid cash for a 2015 BMW last year and since then the salesman and the sales manger have done nothing but lied and disrespected me since I drove the car off of the lot. The first problem that I had was with bogus wheel and tire plan that I was sold. The didn't even cover the wheels that were purchased with the car. I went to dealership and was told that I needed to leave, because I was making a scene in front of the other customers. I asked to speak with the general manger and they refused to let me speak with him. Yesterday, as I was pulling off from the red light, the car gears shifted really hard from first to second gear and then I had to pull over onto the side of the road and call BMW roadside assistance. They sent a tow truck and I had to ride crammed up inside with them from Georgia to Tallahassee, which is about a two hour drive. So, when we get there, the sales manger takes his precious time waiting on me. He then gives me some papers to sign, but I told him that I wanted the best one that they had on the lot. He responded by saying, that I'm never satisfied with anything that they do and that he wasn't given me a new car for me to put 750+ miles or more on it and that I could call a cab for all that he cared to get back to Georgia. I told him that live 99 miles from Tallahassee. He told that they are a multi million dollars business and that he didn't care about how much I paid for my car or that I paid cash for it. I asked to speak with the general manger and he pulls out his cellphone, pretending to call him ( he left me in the lobby and went in his office, so I could hear if he actually spoke with him). I walked outside and waited for a while and he came back and told that the general manager said to give the car that they already had there, which was dirty and only had 1/2 tank of gas in it. They only want your money and don't care after they've gotten it. They don't even deserve a star

They have the worst service department I have come across. Their consultants are not helpful, nor do they seem to care that you are waiting. Every time I have been there, I have waited for over three hours for a simple vehicle check when the department doesn't even seem overwhelmed with customers. It's so frustrating that I have to sit and wait, and the service consultants are browsing on their computers looking for something to do.

LOVE Capital Eurocars, in Tallahassee Fl !!!!!!! They did everything I needed done with honesty and didn't charge me since I was already charged for this to be done in valdosta, which wasn't done right.



I bought my car here 2 yrs ago and the buying process was very smooth, i worked with them online and over the phone weeks before I came to get the car. When I got there they had paperwork ready to sign and I was on my way! I thought that was the end of my commute since Valdosta has a local vw dealer for my service needs, then I got dicked around here in Valdosta....they wanted to over charge, lie, and cheat me!! So I made a trip back to tallahasse to Capital Euro Cars for my service repairs and was VERY happy with thier service team!!! Ill be driving down from now on :)
