Pizza Research Institute

They will put the wackiest things on the pizzas, but SOMEHOW it tastes really, really good! The restaurant itself is rather small, and although you *can* eat there, it's usually full anyway. An example of some of the ingredients on a pizza I've ordered from here is:

Cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, dried apricot, a dollop of mashed potato, sun dried tomato, olives, mushrooms, and quite a few other things. Amazingly, the dried apricot really made it for me.

As an added fun-bonus, they always paint a quick picture/or design on the pizza box lid. Every time I've ordered from them I've enjoyed the painted box top.

This is a great place to get the most unique pizza you'll ever taste. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, and the combinations of toppings are extremely creative!
