I live here with my husband and kids for almost 4 years and I l can't say that I've been forced into signing my lease or that my rent went up 100$.This place has new management and maintenance and has improved so much in quality since.I've had problems in my home before and yes its build in I believe 70's but whatever the problem is it gets fixed right away.They are very helpful and professional at all times.The house does look like the model home they have for show.You have the opinion of a older home or a home with brand new appliance.As far as the pool goes its open every year.They had some problems last year but they were fixed and it's back open.BBQ is allowed in your backyard.The playground needs some work but every apartment complex has a budget and it's being worked on.They always working on making this place better and that's what matters to me.We like living here and we going to continue staying until the next duty station calls.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! AFTER YOUR 1 YEAR LEASE IS UP, THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU TO SIGN ANOTHER YEAR LEASE, OR PAY AN EXTRA HUNDRED DOLLARS A MONTH!! THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU SIGN THE LEASE! YOU CAN'T HAVE GAS OR ANY TYPE OF GRILLS THERE! AND THE RENT IS TOO DAMN HIGH AND THE APARTMENT IS TOO DAMN SMALL!!!

It really depends on what you prefer, first off I think the rent is way to high for what it has to offer , everything is so outdated even the ones they claim are "renovated" , there is always some kind of plumbing, gas, cosmetic, or electric problem. These townhouses were built in the 70's so there is just no getting around the general wear and tare of these places. They need to demolish them and rebuild them from the ground up. The pictures they show on the website or any search engine are of their office which is one of the actual townhouses so of course they make it look fancy. The tri-level floor plans seemed cool at first but I promise you the constant stair climbing gets tiring ESPECIALLY if you have little kids/toddlers , they don't even make safety gates that fit the entryways , we had to make one ourselves. There isn't a bathroom on the main floor so that's really annoying . I scrubbed this place top to bottom but it's still not clean enough because these places are so old and not kept up with. There are no ceiling fans, No carpet, lights in any room, the light switches are backwards, and no outlets in the bathrooms. It makes no sense. I wish we would have never moved in this place. I can't wait to get out for the same price we will be able to rent a detached house. The pool was always closed this past summer for some random reason. The playground is a joke they "renovated" it with a coat of new paint , threw down mulch (which how they thought wood chips with splinters off them is safe for children is beyond me), and put some swings up (which are usually broke because the neighborhood kids don't take care of it). With that said if your in college and don't really care about kid friendly things and a place you can actually call home , it's a good place to temporarily live with roommates. The walls are also pretty thin so it's REALLY annoying to hear neighbors TV's , music, and loud conversations. The parking is terrible and very tight our vehicle has dents in it from people opening their car doors. I pretty much can't stand this place . I NEVER make reviews on anything but I had to in this case to prevent a family from moving into this place.
