I recently had to repair my SUV after being in a minor accident. Mercury sent me a list of local vendors that they "prefer" using and after some research on Google and some other sites chose ICC Collision Center for the repairs. Tony was the gentlemen who inspected the damage and was my point person throughout the process. I received the details and price the very next day and was told it should take about 2 weeks to fix. One of the pleasant surprises of ICC is that they have Hertz in house and also use Hertz, so you have great, convenient options if a rental car is needed. I made my appointment to drop off my vehicle and when I did, I was really surprised, and happy, to have been upgraded on my rental for free through Hertz! Throughout the repair process Tony stayed in touch with my continuously to keep me up to date on the progress of the repairs. The end results were much better than I had ever expected! My vehicle was finished a week earlier than previously told (didn't want to give up the rental), the vehicle looked better than it did before being hit, and I felt like I had a place to highly recommend for my friends and family. I work in a business that requires a high level of communication and "customer service" and that is exactly what I received from Tony and ICC Collision Center.

I couldn't help having to write this review after reading about the car that started with a $3500 estimate and ended up to be a $11,000 repair if I did not go through the same incident I would probably think something is shady. When I took my BMW 5 series to ICC they initially gave me an estimate of $5600. The following day, they called me and told me that there is a $7500 "supplement" so now the repairs were over $13,000 when I asked them what happened Tony my service advisor asked me if I can spend a little bit of my time and come down to the shop so he can explain the process to me which I agreed. When I arrived the following morning to ICC I was greeted with smiles and Tony was called to the front desk he took me to my car and went over all the details on what needs to be done to get my car repaired the correct way he explained every detail to me. I even had a chance to meet the technician who was repairing my car. The shop was immaculate there were about 20 BMWs there so I knew then that my car was in the right shop. To cut a long story short my car did take 30 days to get repaired but at least I know that it got fixed the right way. I did take my car to my dealership after the repairs and everything was running perfect with my car. The person who got a bad vibe should have done some research on their car like I did, you wouldn't believe all the technicalities a BMW requires to get it repaired correctly. SO YES I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR CAR TO ICC.

I am a concert promoter and rarely do I give 5 star ratings: however, the guys at ICC deserve it. Thanks Frank for all your good service, the car looks great and I am very pleased. I will send you all my work and tell everyone what a great job you guys do over here in MDR. Certainly you guys ROCK!

ICC is such an amazing place! I was rear-ended and have insurance that turned out to be not very helpful. I had my car towed to ICC and not only did they take good care of it, but they also helped me through the whole process and turned a bummer situation into one where I came out on top because I had the information I needed. I highly recommend ICC to everyone!!!

So I get EVERYTHING on my car fixed for only $1200 whereas in other place, it would have taken $1500 just for the keyed hood and fender!!!  It looks GREAT! I love it! And they also said they threw in a new emblem on the truck, which I checked my paperwork that they DIDN'T charge me for. All in all, I was mightily impressed with ICC's work, their affordable prices, and quick turnaround. It also totally rocked that they provided doughnuts, and coffee in their waiting area, so Yeah, I'm telling everyone!

If I ever wreck another car, I will bring it to ICC. Well done chaps.

I found this shop on line after seeing all the great reviews it got. After having my truck repaired for damage caused in an accident I can say I was definitely pleased with the service. Tony was extremely helpful in navigating the insurance process and made it obvious that customer service was a high priority. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for professional, honest work.

ICC you saved me from certain death. My Mom’s car looks great now. I can’t drive it anymore though.

ICC Collision was recommended to me by a friend - and I'm recommending them to everyone I meet!!

Not a fan of going to body repair shops, but since some impatient LA driver hit my passenger side, it was time. The other driver's insurance took full responsibility and they recommended ICC. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, after inspection, the estimate time in the shop was 2-3 weeks, but that got cut in half to just about 1.5 weeks. The results are outstanding; they seriously work magic and bring your car to dealer showroom new. A BIG plus w/ this ICC location is that they have not just Hertz but also Enterprise for a car rental. Extremely convenient! Hopefully I don't have another accident, (knock on wood) but if I do I'll be returning here.

I am really happy with my car thanks to all the folks over at ICC. Excellent workmanship and superior customer service.
