        I was driving back from NIU in the fog. Couldn't see & called for a price and told him I was driving in fog from dekalb and couldn't see. He said they aren't located in dekalb. And then asked what was wrong with my car.....I said nothing I just can't see anything. I know but I live in Rockford. I said how much is it? And he said "I'm not gonna send one of my guys out there to get killed. If you can't see you can't see." I said "okay I guess I'll just die then!". He was super rude and did not pay attention to what I was saying. Terrible customer service!!

        They advertise 24-hour service, but the lady on the phone couldn't be troubled to get out of bed to take our $460 to release a car to us.

        Didn't like them they sent a guy in his own car to help me move my car 2ft into my garage he had a hard time using 2 wheel dollies and we had to help him the whole time and we still got charge the full price the guy was great he didnt give up even after he call atoz for help they told him the had no trucks availabe the could have called us and we would have called some else

        Really appreciated the prompt service. The only towing co. to respond at 9:30 pm on a weeknight--and one of their kind, friendly men wrenched me free from the mud. Or my car, anyway. Thanks!
