The apartments seem clean and they lure you in with the pool and gym, but the appliances are junk and the handyman, as nice as he is, is totally clueless as to actually repairing anything. Our air conditioner was broken for the 2 hottest months of the summer. We had NO screen door for 2 months also, even though I called every other day to check in, hoping to get it replaced. Russell, the owner, is a snake. He Left us a rude voicemail, bad-mouhting my husband and my character and threaten to take us to court if we were late on our last month of rent- all because he received our 30 day notice to move out (15 days early!). We paid out rent on time, every month, and were still treated like garbage. The ladies he has working for him in the office are just as shady. Almost as if they enjoy arguing with people. I wish I would've taken these reviews seriously before I chose to rent from RacJac. Save yourself the grief- DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I would not recommend renting from this place as we did for 6 months and gave them 2 months notice for moving out and the place was totally spotless. We had cleaned from top to bottom, doors, closets and absolutely everything. We paid $600.00 deposit and got back 367.00 back on deposit. . We were charged $105 Carpet cleaning, 63.75 for cleaning, 63.75 for labor which included seal on garbage disposal and tightening faucet which should not be up to us to fix. I would keep looking if you want to rent.

Horrible! We signed a second lease after paying in FULL for the first one. After we signed we were treated like scum. The male manager or owner screamed and cussed at us in front of our 6 year old son because he said my husband was speeding through the parking lot (20mph is speeding?). Two weeks later we had one bag of trash by our front door and yet again he hammered on our door and rang the bell repeatedly. Then screamed and cussed at us again and slammed the trash bag on the concrete which caused it to break. This guy needs anger management. Do not rent from rac jac! Wish we hadn't.

Extremely unethical and dishonest people. Don't rent from this place. They make you sign for automatic withdrawal from your account and twice (yes 2 times) they withdrew form my account multiple times in a month When I called Russel Childer about this, he didn't seem to care. I threaten to sue them you get my money back. At the end of the lease they kept the whole $500 deposit for "cleaning" when I left everything cleaned and not only that after 3 months they went in and automatically withdraw $150 from my account. I called Russell on his cell phone and office phone but no answer. Don't fall for this, you will know once you deal with them



No matter how bad you need a place, don't get caught in this scam company. I had a neighbor tell me that they had roaches in their apartment and management and maintenance didn't care.
