Overall

Tonight at 12:29AM we called you bowling center and was informed that your bowling center closed at 2:00AM. Upon arriving at 12:55AM, we were denied bowling privileges until we represented that we had called for permission beforehand, and spoke to a manager. We were granted 20 minutes of bowling while still paying for a full hour of bowling. Upon finishing, we realized the site was open for another 40 minutes so we approached all self service machines to load a card for video games and we realized all machines were shut down. We approached a general associate who said it was his direction by his manager to shut down machines over 40 minutes before closing. We asked who instructed this, and who we could speak to about this matter and we were directed to "Ashley". I should note that when we approached the Game Area, we also saw six other customers trying to pursue gaming at this time. We then approached Ashley, and we asked her why we were denied bowling initially and why the arcade center was shut down over 45 minutes before closing upon which she blamed her subordinate, instead of fixing the matter. She also noted that when there were no other customers in the area, that they will shut down early (please note my aforementioned six customers). Ashley did absolutely nothing to assist our help, and when we asked her why the machines were shut down, she simply placed the blame on the only subordinate remaining. We asked her to speak to her supervisor, which was denied and/or not available which is why we felt it necessary to contact you. We had intended to spend money where we were permitted until the allotted time, and allow me to mention the group of six that actually left simultaneously. Let it be known that we do not seek further privileges or monies, only to let it be known that you are one of the few places open at this time and my girlfriend and I were seeking a date night that was denied due to early closing. If this is your policy, I apologize if I crossed a line. However, I feel the manner in which this was addressed by Ashley was very demeaning and unprofessional. I appreciate the time you took to review our service, and if you need further information (receipts, times, etc.) I will be more than happy to provide said information. I would appreciate any time investigated into this and any response to solve this dilemma. Again, thank you for your time.
