Divorce is not an easy or pleasant process and I am sorry to see some people take their pain out on their mediator. David Sutton mediated my divorce after 12 years of marriage. He was professional, thorough and insightful. He helped us solve problems that would have otherwise resulted in an impasse. David Sutton was our divorce mediator during a very difficult and painful time. DO NOT Mediate with Sutton. He conducts his mediations like an encounter group and will frighten you with untruths about the law. He also does not allow people to consult privately with anyone -- he considers his word to be the LAW.He also had private side conversations with each of us which increased our paranoia to the point that we left mediation and sought out extremely contentious lawyers to fight for us. Part of that was because he gave us untrue information about what our legal rights were and also brought in his own opinions about custody and financial issues. It felt like he was righting his own personal demons rather than remaining neutral.

David has an incredible wealth of knowledge with regard to homes, especially in the Bay Area. He was very professional, and was able to answer all of our questions, _and_ we got our report delivered the same day. An amazing guy and well, WELL worth the price. Get an inspection from David before you buy a home in the bay area. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
