Denali Vapor LTD

Stopped in on my way home so I would not have to buy cigaretters.

The young man was helpful and knowledgeable. He sold me a bottle of Atomic Menthol - here my local store calls theirs Heaven & Hell. It was awesome!! I may have to go back to Bartlesville to visit more often.

I've never had any one get rude with me. Even when I've had a stupid questions. Very nice helpful customer service. Good products and probably competive rates.

Employees are rude, not helpful. Had a brand new equipment.l, did not work brought in receipt and the wouldn't exchange it. Will never go back.

I have shopped at Denali Vapor for I would say two years now. They always have made it clear to keep and check the receipt in case of issues. ( As like every other store) The staff are always helpful and courteous. If you are looking for the best when it comes to Vapor in and around Bartlesville, then Denali Vapor is the place to go.

Awful service and return policy that is printed on receipt which you are rudely told you should of read before purchase..... Hmm I didn't get a copy of that until after purchase..... Wont ever shop there again and recommend you don't either. O ya all the clerks are straped with loaded sidearms to protect themselves from vapor heads I guess???
