Worst cab service in the state of Wisconsin!!!Dispatch lady in the afternoon is very very rude good luck running ur business with disrespectful people taking calls

I live in Lake Mills and I needed a ride to the grocery store. I have never used Brown cab before. The dispatch lady was very polite, the driver was on time, the car was clean, he drove well and above all of this, the driver loaded and unloaded my groceries into the van for me. They only charged me 1.75 for all of this. I tipped him for his help and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cab. Maybe they have a new lady on the phone now?? I had none of the problems that are mentioned on this website.

I would rate a zero for this company. My daughter is a college student and needed transportation in this cold weather. The woman who answered was not patient and rude! She hung up on my daughter! Unreliable, horrible service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman who dispatches the drivers is the most awful person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She needs to be fired, and FAST! Abysmal level of reliability and service. Avoid at all costs.

When you a need cab don't call. I call a hour in advance to get to work on time. They show up 20 mins late making late for work. Then I get written up. Not fair. Cab drivers have told me that the dispatcher never told them till they were already 15 mins late or that the dispatcher will send them on a call when the cab is in route to pick me up. One dispatcher is very rude and impersonable

Horrible! Even if you call an hour ahead of the time you want to be picked up they are an hour late.

I've never had an experience like the ones above. When my car is down and I need a ride I've found them to be reliable. A lot of people I work with use the cab daily and never seem to have a problem. I can't figure out the complaints above.

absolutely TERRIBLE service! The lady that answeres the phone during the day is possibly the rudest person I've had to interact with. She literally HUNG UP on me right after her emphasized "sigh, an wow". I stood outside from the moment I called, waiting for my ride for exactly 1 hour. Turns out she blew me off an I'm now 45 minutes late for work. She threw away a years perfect attendance an ALOT of my hard work in the trash.

The dispatcher during the day is rude and as a customer, I am the reason why you have a job and I do not deserve to be treated like she did, I will never use this company again, I would rather freeze in the Wisconsin weather than have to talk to me like she is better than me and I am nothing and have her hang up on me, and then had to wait an hour and a half for the cab to pick me up

The lady on the phone when you call is one of the rudest people I have ever met. They kept me and my kids waiting at the grocery store for them for over 2 hours. Don't bother calling ahead for time calls there always at least an half n hour to an hour late.

I can't say anything for the cabbies, but the operator needs training. Right away from even the 'greeting' the tone was horrible and unhappy. I simply called for an estimate as to how much a ride would cost and how long it would take before a cabbie could respond. She then asked where and when I started to give the address she interrupted to ask the city just as I was finishing the address with the City name. When I asked how long it would be, she said the driver was out with a ride currently. When I asked how long again, she said that she had other calls on the line and needed to put my order in NOW if I wanted it. I asked if it was going to take longer than 30 minutes and she hung up on me!

I only gave this one star because you can't give zero. This is ridiculous. Cabs are supposed to be available in emergencies, but when you call Brown Cab for a much needed ride in the middle of the night all you get is a voice recording that says you should call be during "normal business hours" and then those hours are not even listed and you are hung up on. Worst part: when you go to their website it says "Our offices never close. Our dispatchers are available to take calls 24/7." I literally just copy and pasted that right off their website. Utterly ridiculous. This place should be shut down. I am so fumingly angry I will make sure to tell everyone I know to NEVER use this cab service. EVER! I hope the people who run this read this review and know that they have FAILED and that if they continue to do so they will never be a real business.

Don't bother. I called them once for a ride home from work.. and they said it'd be about 10 mins..I stood around for 30 mins.. when I called the back person who answered the phone said "We'll get to you when we get to you" Sorry that's just plain ridiculous I ended up finding my own ride home and let them waste their time like they wasted mine.

This place is a sad excuse for a company. Unreliable, unprofessional. You’re better off walking, because by the time they get to you, that’s IF they even come, you’re already late. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars if i could. Terrible customer service, they are lucky there is no other competition in whitewater, otherwise they would be out of business real quick. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!

This place is a joke, dont rely on them coming. Make sure to have a back-up plan if youre going to use this service. I needed to use this sevice to pick up my car from my mechanic, and saw the taxi drive by and not stop. When i called back to ask what happend. The driver told the lady on the phone he wouldnt go down my street because it had too much snow. What kind of retaradedness is that?
