I'm a businessman from denver, co. i travel to the southeast quite a bit for business. I've been stopping in at the BHB for the last 5yrs. My clients and i have enjoyed the creative weekend specials and especially the amuse bouche! it's a little "gift from the chef". I unfortunatly had not been in cleveland for quite sometime. I just had an opportunity to take 4 clients there in dec. I talked the place up, as i was excited to go back. Our evening started out well. the service was excellant. very nice wine list too. unfortunately when our food started to arrive it went downhill. the tuna app was well done! the spin/art dip was burned on top and ice cold in the middle. 3 of our party ordered the weekend special. i was expecting an amuse bouche, per our weekend special order, but we never recieved ours. i asked our server about it and she said that their sous chef had left for another job, and he was the creative one.??? she finally brought us a tiny cup of crab bisque as a "gift" . It tasted burnt. After almost an hour our food arrived. it was decent. nothing like a "special". i was very embarrassed in front of my clients. come on bistro, you used to be good. step it up please. for how much i paid, i expected a whole lot more. next time we'll go to logans or outback.

Service excellent food extremely overpriced crunchy filet mignon please had better steak at the waffle house don't waste your money

My first time eating there was an experience I'll never forget. The scene was very romantic and lovely. The food sent my fiance to the hospital. I'm not sure what the name of the dish he had was but I believe that the feta cheese in his food made him very sick very quickly. I guess its great food but not for everyones' digestive tract. We spent the rest of our romantic evening in the ER. The owner was very nice about the situation at hand and I do apprieciate that but I'm unsure if I will eat there again but if I do.....HOLD THE FETA

The food is oustanding. Its a little pricey, but i guess you pay for good quality. I would reccomend this to anyone.

Exceptional service, elegant dining with a western motif and a wide variety of dishes to chose from. The Bistro is my favorite after party mingling spot and I visit every birthday for a celebratory dinner with family.
