        Overall

        Carpet was soaking wet after cleaning. The young man who cleaned the carpet was 45 minutes late and very arrogant. Owner hung up on me twice when I was expressing my dissatisfaction with the cleaning service and basically told me I was crazy. Owner was extremely rude and degrading. Stay away from this company!
