East Coast Body Shop

I usually do not write reviews, but this place rocks! My daughter’s car got rear-ended and East Coast Autobody and Glass worked with our insurance company to make sure they knew every time they found a problem and how much more it would be. They kept us up to date with what was happening with her car. They even talked with the car rental people to see when the insurance company was going to stop paying for it. When our insurance company stopped paying for the car rental, they picked up the rest of it till the car was ready. The work they performed on the car is top notch you cannot tell it was ever hit. Plus, they fixed some minor cosmetic issues at no cost. I will be using them from now on for all my autobody needs.

Make sure you get a written quote that says how long it will take. I was told a week, it took 2 and a half, very expensive when having to rent a car. He said he never said a week, I had nothing to say otherwise, so lesson learned. Funny thing is, when I called the first week to ask when I could pick up my car, he never said anything about "it won't be ready until next week", he just said he was going to need a few more days, which turned into another week and a half. :-( Very disappointed, I thought they were trustworthy. Friends had recommended Rice, but they were backed up, so it was going to take longer.....I should have gone there in the long run. :-(
