Love Blossoms Florist

Flowers were ordered to be delivered in the same zip code as Love Blossoms for Christmas. Was called the day that flowers should have been delivered and told charge of $10.00 more would be needed. But was charged $20.00 and flowers were never delivered. Called the store to resolve problem and manager/owner put me on hold and left the store. Would not talk to me left it to the counter person. Will not order from them again.

Worst service ever. I go there four days ahead to put my order in and the lady was very welcoming. I showed her the flowers i wanted from their website and she said oh yes we can do it no problem. When i went there four days later she didnt even have them ready so i asked for a delivery. Not only she didnt being me the flowers i asked for but she also tried to change the subject by telling me that she said she was going to make it similar and that i got a better deal. NOT!!! I could have bought better roses from walmart half the price they sell them. Do not pay until you receive what you wanted.

Very dissapointed to say the least. I ordered flowers from this florist because it was very close to the location I needed them delivered on the same day. They said they would handle the order with no issue - however, the flowers were never delivered and I received no phone call. I called for four days, leaving my phone number each day. I finally got in touch with the owner four days later to find out she just didn't get it done. She said they would deliver that day - four days late for an important birthday. No thank you. Very unprofessional.
