Abuelo's

We went to Abuelo's this afternoon. The food was very tasty, particularly the salsa and the salad my wife ordered. Service was friendly and very attentive. Atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

food is typically good. a bit pricey though. the habanero porkloin is excellent.

Food is bland. Tortillas are often tough. Salsa is ok but a little too hot for my taste. Tacos are just so-so. On a scale of 1-5, my rating would be slightly above average at 2.5 - 3.0.

Abuelo's restraunt has great atmosphere with authentic statutes, wall murals, and the beautiful painted celling of the sky makes one feel that they are in a courtyard in a mexican resort. Our waiter was very helpful and informative about the food. The food was not overpriced. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. I had a great lunch experience at Abuelo's restraunt.

I lost my favorite Lauren scarf there. The next day I called and they have it and are keeping it for me until I can make the trip back to Chattnooga to get it.

The best mexican food in Chattanooga, period.

Expensive. The food is okay; but the drinks are amazing! The margaritas are made with lime juice that is fresh squeezed daily, and their sangria is the best I have ever had!
