What a great experience! I usually dread going to a car dealership for anything, but this was actually a really pleasant experience and I am happy that we went there for our most recent vehicle purchase. I was expecting the usual, underhanded sales tricks, excessive marketing, and a LOT of pushing and shoving. That’s what I’ve experienced at dealerships in the past, so that’s what I expected would happen here. But this was not the case and I actually had a really good time buying a car here. I don’t think I will go anywhere else in the future!

LaGrange Country Dodge just treats people like people. They don’t mess around and do a bunch of unnecessary selling tricks and plays. They focus on service, service, service and not sales sales sales. That was really important to me because frankly I was fed up with the constant sales stuff I was getting at other places. LaGrange Country Dodge treated me with respect and basic dignity, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely do business with them again!

Buying a car at LaGrange was a much more pleasant experience than I had been expecting. Before I went to get my car, I was worried I'd get taken advantage of because I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars and can't haggle a price to save my life. It was a pleasant surprise to not feel hounded or pressured into buying a car. When I left the dealership with my new car I was happy with the price I got and the fact that I got the kind of car I wanted and wasn't pressured into buying something that I didn't need or couldn't afford.

My experience with LaGrange left me pleasantly surprised. The whole experience of buying a car was easy. My sales rep was nice and patient with me. He helped me to get the car I wanted and then got me set up with an affordable financing package. The forever warranty on my car is nice as well. One less thing for me to worry about. It's definitely a place I will send my friends to when they are looking for a new car.

I had a really wonderful experience at La Grange County Dodge. The sales person I worked with was extremely helpful. He was kind, courteous and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car that was more than I needed. Because he didn't pressure me and sell me a car I didn't need I was able to get my daughter a used car for her birthday instead of just giving her my old one. The financing package I got there was pretty awesome and I'm really happy to be able to give my daughter something truly special for her birthday. I know when she saw my new car she just figured that she was getting my old one and while she's happy about that, she's going to be ecstatic to be getting a car that's all her own and never belonged to me. I think I'm more excited about her birthday than she is and can't wait to give her the car.

I was extremely really impressed with this place!! Right from the start this was a great experience for me. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. They were patient and wiling to answer all of my questions. And after the sales staff helped me find the perfect car for my needs, they set me up with an affordable finance option and threw in a forever warranty. This place was great without me saying it, the financing plan that I had already been thinking of. I knew I couldn't afford my dream car, but I wanted it and I just had to have it. I was prepared to do battle with the staff on how I was going to go about paying for the car, but that wasn’t what happened at all. Everything was actually really upfront, simple, and easy. They gave me the exact financing plan that I needed, which really helped me out a lot and made it so that I could actually buy the car. I would definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

This place is awesome. When I went to buy my new car the sales rep was kind and courteous and respectful of what I needed it a car. He didn't try to sell me a car I didn't need just so he could get a bigger commission. Instead we talked about what I needed in a car and he then took me around the lot showing me the cars that fit into what I needed. Once I settled on the car he was able to help me get an awesome financing package. I was able to get a new car instead of a used one and I love, love, love my new car. My sales rep made sure I was able to get not only what I needed in a car but what I wanted as well. He made the whole process of buying a car painless. I love my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
