Called 855-438-0679 and spoke with Akeem. He stated that I would have to call back the next day and talk with their order confirmation/cancellation department.

I have to call back to a company, who I have never placed an order with... and cancel an order I didn't make... that was made using my credit card number that was stolen... by thieves who broke into another company's computer system?

Spoke with Akeem's manager, Devin, who said the samething and even refused to provide his company's physical address... OK, that tells me a lot about the company I am dealing with.
Folks, I know that sport shirts with your favorite teams logo is important... but avoid fanatics.com because they have a lot of complaints and are really messed up. Plus, their employee training and customer service is really bad!
They were able to pull up the order with just the last 4 digits of the CC, and refused to provide their address?
(Not a big deal, after concluding the call with Devin, I had the address and CEO's name in about one minute!)
This company has a lot of complaints from unhappy customers and from people who have never placed an order with them.
I will have a letter faxed off to the Florida AG's office in the morning and CC the CEO Doug Mack and his boss, Mike Rubin at their fax number as well.
They don't want to tell me their address?

The people here are extremely rude and incompetent. Especially HR.
