Purchased a washer and dryer set here. Then needed several service calls to get feet leveled on washer then tech left a stop in place on my washer so it would continue running when lid was up. Called to have this remedied and it took over 3weeks for them to "justify" sending a tech out... Was told several times that her be up and he never showed for 3 more weeks.... Washer still shakes really hard during spin cycle which tech was unable to repair stating "its because your spin cycle is so fast".

When dryer door clip broke I called to see if they could fix it. They told me it would be $80 for a service call to come "all the way to corning" (20 min away). Made the point that they didn't repair my washer correctly and they said that since it was in fact running no matter how unsafely that it was "not their problem". Even though it was incredibly unsafe because I have children. Argued with girls on phone and repeatedly asked for the boss there as I was unhappy with treatment over the phone... And was put off and told repeatedly that he was unavailable. Now have asked if I could please just have them order my dryer door clip and have it under my warranty and the girl stated that since my kid made it bend (slammed the door too hard when it was loose) that it was not covered under warranty.

This is a complete ripoff company. The appliances are fine (with a little work)... But their customer service sucks and the techs don't know their a**es from holes in the ground.

Bought a fridge and stove from them for my new house, ice maker kit I bought was not included with delivery, bad customer service when I called them to say the kit wasn't there. When they hooked it up finally, it didn't even work and they said they would send someone over to fix it but no one showed up till the next day. The stove hookup wasn't even done right and we had to call a technician to fix it. Won't be going back

Told by another company my Fridge would cost to much to fix. Called the ASU Crew and they fixed it same day!! Great service!!
