He was upfront on pricing, let us test drive, explained various financing options, and simply treated us as if we’ve known each other all our lives. It is a family owned and operated business for 83 years! That’s amazing! If we ever need another product and they sell it, we will purchase from them.

Beware!! came here to look at a bike gave the salesman my information to obtain financing from Honda and only Honda he proceeded to send it to yahmma Suzuki ktm Honda twice the date on most recent one is may 22 I haven't been there since April so he is still sending it in out of spite

Just got my bike back from service. Had my bike serviced there a few times now. This last time, they fixed up the areas I messed up when I fell on it. Put on the new parts. It looked great and runs great. Very satisfied. Like their mechanic -- he's quite the character. Good personality, friendly, approachable. Hopefully I won't need to take my bike in again, but if so, I'll come here again.

After a decade of not doing business here, I tried again. They failed to impress again. Ten years ago we had issues with a brand new dirt bike that would not start Christmas morning. They wanted to charge us for repair. This time we tried to order parts. The parts department was called several days in a row and simply could find the time to see if they had what we needed. After days of waiting, we just ordered our stuff on line instead. That's our plan from now on.

Went to Jim's prepared to purchase a used bike, we had looked up the book value which was 3750.00 excellant condition, the guy at Jim's said they wanted 4900.00 but would honor the 4200.00 price he had given the prior day. When we advised that the book value was 3750.00 he said ok and basically you can leave. That was it!! I guess shop at Jim's if you are someone who pays more than a product is worth!! He not only lost the sale of the bike but also all the gear we were prepared to purchase. We will never go there again. Guy was a real jerk!!!
