DO NOT GO THERE...
I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and don't know anything going on with my baby. All I know is that he's health due to a trip to the ER. They treat you like you are dumb and as if they don't believe anything you say. My last appointment I was forgotten about in the room. I could hear the lady asking if there was anyone in room 6! Which I was in there. I skipped my last appointment cause I'm fed up with being treated like crap and they clearly don't care about their patients and their children. I know a few people that have gotten pregnant and lost their kid because the doctors day the baby is okay and its really not. They do nothing besides check vitals and send you home after waiting 2 hours all together to just be told "see you in two weeks". Also the front desk ladies are bitches. They've got an attitude when you check in and out. If you hate your job that much then quit! DO NOT GO TO EDGERTONS HEALTH CENTER.

My wife there while I was pregnant with my son. They were very professional, helpful, and put up with my wife even when she was mean to them.

Seriously, the worst care I have ever had! They treat you as if you know nothing and as if they honestly do not care about you or your well being. Stay as far from this place as you can, I had a horrible experience and even talked to the executive president about the situation and he claimed he was going to have a talk with the staff and return my phone call..... Still waiting.... and needless to say taking my care ELSEWHERE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will treat you like a child who knows nothing. They will blow off any of your concerns and will not listen to you. Being pregnant, I was scolded for not eating and drinking enough but it was due to being sick and nauseous constantly, then when I told them the medecine they prescribed wasn't working they told me to not eat!!! After only 2 visits I was done and transferred my care elsewhere where I couldn't be happier. Edgerton's has continued to be a pain though originally sending me 2 bills for over 900 dollars for 2 visits!!! so that was the original bill and the one that was 30 days past due which I refused to pay because they obviously were over charging and hadn't turned my visits into insurance. Then they tried to bill me for 250 dollars at the 60 and 90 days past due which was still way over charging and not turning my stuff into insurance. I finally got a bill for 15 dollars which is what I should've had to pay for my insurance copay, I paid that bill. Now I've received 2 more bills for 25 dollars that say they are over 120 days past due, I have no idea what these bills are for and seeing as I've already given them money I refuse to pay them. Everytime I try to talk to the billing department it is nearly impossible to even get someone on the phone and when I do they blow me off because obviously I don't know what a bill looks like, and they talk over me constantly instead of trying to figure out what is going on. So don't go here, they will over charge and harass you and treat you like a child and it is a complete waste of money! Go to a real doctors office with a good doctor who will listen and won't overcharge you!

Where to begin.... Well its not bad enough the Healthcare situation in America is below acceptable, but Edgerton's has to add to the situation. If you haven't noticed you are seeing fewer clinics where the doctor actually practices out of and more facilities like this one were you go see a practitioner (what is that anyway?), and they decide whether or not you need to see an actual doctor... Since when do I need to see someone to decide if I need to see someone? Do i have to start going to see someone to let me know if they should consult McDonalds if they feel I am actually indeed hungry? This is absurd, they have created a middle-man service for which they can profit, and make you believe they actually care about you... P.S. this doesnt mean anything if you have State Medical Card, because even though normal middle class people working their hiney off to support their family need this medical assistance, they still treat you like your a bum on the street looking for a hand-out. No I am not a bum just cuz I have state aid, I have three kids, I am married, I am going to school to be a teacher and my wife is working on becoming a nurse, ironically enough.... But she actually wants to help people, which is rare in this messed up world... Save time and go find a real facility with a real doctor, if they still exist.....
