Price Busters-East Ridge

I go in here all the time to check out all the awesome deals that they have. Heather was very helpful in helping me pick out the awesome entertainment center i got my wife for her birthday. It had a built in fireplace and the deal was even hotter. Then i went back to check out the mattress selection due to my daughter out growing her toddler mattress. Soon as i walked in, Eric came up and asked if i needed any help and was very friendly. I soon walked out with a new mattress and a few other goodies. I highly recommend you come try this out before you go spend $1,000's anywhere else.

I will NEVER do business with these people again. I bought my daughter's bed from them a couple of years ago and had no problems but I went in just this month 9/2/15 and put the same item on lay-a-way for myself and the first employee was very nice but now the girl, Heather, has given me nothing but trouble and she's nasty. When I put the bed on lay-a-way I told the man I needed to pick it up before the end of September and was told to give them a 10 day notice to be sure the merchandise was there and ready to pick up. I went in to make a payment and gave the notice and said I needed to get my bed on Thursday 9/17 and was told it would be in long before that. The bed is not there and I not only got a lot of grief from Heather but was told my bed wouldn't be available until at least Friday and she couldn't make any guarantees even then. I asked for the owner's name and contact number and was refused and there is no listing for a different location to call. Heather claimed the owner was trying to open a new store in Dalton but I was unable to get any other information. I now have a house full of company coming in on Saturday morning and absolutely no idea when I will have a bed or with Heather being so nasty if my bed is going to be damage to the point that I won't accept it. There is a no refund policy and an additional 20% restocking fee for something they don't even have and I have no time to go look for another bed, I'm out my money. I should have gone to I75 closeouts and had them order what I wanted and probably gotten it at a lower price and had HONEST people to deal with.

I will not shop here. They may have some good prices on a few things but not worth the time and trouble. They wouldn't tell us where they got their furniture from unlike other places that were more then willing to tell you everything you needed to know. Also there were dozens of item that walmart sells that had scratches and dents on them and they where trying to sell them for way more. I'm not going to pay more for something that I can go to my local walmart and get brand new for less. My family will not be back to this place ever.

Pricebusters was very professional in helping me with my needs. I first saw their commercial on tv and decided to check it out. The guy that helped me was a little overweight, but was the nicest guy i have ever dealt with. He was honest and very helpful. And the mattress set i got was awesome. I am now going to be a loyal customer.
