Health Stretch

Has been the best treatment to get me back to my life. Before I started my treatment I visited chiropractic clinics in the QC area including Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. I visited Acupuncture centers in QC area and Iowa City, I visited pain clinic for several months. I also visited Orthopedics all with the hope that I will get out of my lower back pain. My visits to these places were all fruitless and finally I met John. I remember this well, after my fist treatment, I went back home and slept for the 1st time in over 8 months. For over 8 months I had not slept more than 5 minutes. If you want to call that sleeping, then you should know how much sleep deficit I was in.
John helped me get back my life, jogging, weight lifting and many other things I was deprived off when I was suffering from severe back pain. I cannot describe my experience better and within this writing. I had lost hope in life and going through depression before I met him.
John does this to help people, not for the money as its the case with many people out there. John will give you some exercise to help you heal faster and better, to help you not to depend on him only.
Ever since, I have and continue to visit John every three or four months.
